WARRANTY

Brake Pads can wear very quickly depending on your driving habits, and what type of roads you drive on. Sixxa offers a Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the brake pad, not including pad wear. Damage from use or abuse, installation errors, or other equipment failure is not covered. Claims for shipping damage, labor, car rental, transportation, injury or other liabilities are also not covered. Vehicles used for competition of any kind are not covered by any warranties express or implied.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Contact us at contact@sixxabrake.com and we will check the order to confirm if the item is still under the manufacturer's warranty, which is normally 30 Days. If it is covered, we will assign a Warranty RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.

Please send us a detailed description of the defect. We have to supply that information to the manufacturer to evaluate the damage and determine the best course of action (Repair/Replace/Return).

Please use a sturdy box, carefully pack your return with packing material and use packing sealing tape to seal the box. We do not recommend shipping back in the original package, as they were not designed for the crazy stress of shipping.

We will advise you exactly where to send the package. We will handle the shipping costs.

Please, please, be sure to keep a record of your return shipment. We cannot be responsible for the returned items until we have signed for the package. Once in our hands we will contact you right away to make it right.
